Suvendu hit out Mamata over ‘outsiders’

Bengal, Dec 15: Rebel Trinamool Congress leader and Minister Suvendu Adhikari attack West Bengal Chief Minister and TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee over ‘outsider.’

Suvendu Adhikari attended an event in East Medinipore on the occasion of Satish Chandra Samanta’s 121st birth anniversary celebrations. He also distributed winter clothes and wheelchairs to the disabled at Haldia’s helipad ground.

While addressing the public rebel TMC MLA said “Jawaharlal Nehru wasn’t an outsider, he wasn’t an outsider to Satish Samanta. We will stay together, we will stay united as Indians. We will march ahead, we will stop us now. We will fight for the right cause. We will uphold the principles of the nation. Satish Samanta has shown us the way. We will march ahead.”

Hitting out the ruling party Mamata, MLA says that In Bengal democracy has to be reinstated.

At a rally in Midnapore, Suvendu Adhikari said “Constitution says of the people, by the people, and for the people. In Bengal democracy has to be reinstated. In Bengal, democracy can’t be for the party, by the party, and for the party. They are conspiring against me. I warn them who are conspiring against me. I have resigned from the cabinet yet people show up at my meetings. They have not been brought by TMC BJP or CPM. It’s a bond. This bond can’t be severed.”
