Agartala, May 06: In a heartwarming gesture, Pradyot Bikram Manikya, Chairman of the Indigenous Progressive Regional Alliance (TIPRA), has extended a helping hand to around 50 students who are stranded in Manipur due to the prevailing law and order situation in state.

The students, who are originally from Tripura and are studying in different colleges in Manipur, were facing several problems and wanted to return home to be with their families.

Chairman Pradyot Bikram Manikya has taken the entire cost of the students’ journey from his personal side, ensuring that they can safely travel back to Agartala. The students will be traveling on an Indigo flight 6E-525 on May 7th, 2023, Sunday.

The students had reached out to the TIPRA helpline number for assistance, and the party has once again proved its commitment to serving the people.
