Agartala, Aug 19: A paramilitary soldier was killed in a fierce gun battle with a suspected militant organization near the India-Bangladesh border in Tripura.

The soldier acquired bullet accidents whilst suspected NLFT militants fired on him close to Tripura-Mizoram-Bangladesh trijunction nowadays in a far-off area close to the border under Ananda Bazar police station in Kanchanpur sub-department in North Tripura.

The soldier was published in Simanapur 2 under one hundred 45 battalions of BSF under Anandabazar police station in North Tripura district.

Four bullets hit the soldier’s frame after militants from throughout the border fired at him, police said.

A comparable assault occurred closing 12 months whilst  Border Security Force (BSF) employees have been killed whilst their patrol became ambushed via way of means by NLFT terrorists alongside the India-Bangladesh worldwide border in Tripura.
