Kohima, Nov 28: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced on November 28 that Assam will be partnering with Nagaland for the upcoming Hornbill Festival.

CM Sarma expressed the privilege of joining hands with Nagaland, emphasizing the festival as a significant platform to showcase the shared cultural heritage of the Northeast on platform X.

Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio had previously revealed that Assam would be the partner state for the upcoming Hornbill Festival.
