Jan Shikshan Sansthan, a Central government project, collaborates with Dweepsree to provide training programs for rural youth, further enhancing skill development and revenue generation opportunities.

Dweepsree also has a special unit dedicated to differently-abled individuals, aiming to integrate them into mainstream society and provide them with enriching experiences outside their homes.

The support from men and the absence of religious restrictions have facilitated women’s participation in various activities and enterprises in Lakshadweep, contributing to their empowerment and socioeconomic development.
