The MEA reiterated that Arunachal Pradesh has always been and will remain an integral part of India, with its people benefiting from Indian development projects.
China’s objections to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh were also dismissed by the MEA, affirming that Indian leaders routinely visit the state like any other within the country.
The Indian government firmly stated that objections to such visits or developmental projects in Arunachal Pradesh are baseless and won’t alter the reality of the state’s status as an integral part of India.
