Guwahati, March 24: In a recent development, Guwahati Police apprehended an individual with a gunshot wound to his leg at a guesthouse in the Borbari area of the city on March 23.
The individual, identified as Lunmi Sei (35) from Churachandpur, Manipur, was swiftly captured by law enforcement following intelligence inputs. Initial reports indicate that Sei was involved in a shooting incident in his hometown before his arrest.

Speculation suggests that Sei may have fled to Guwahati to seek medical attention for his injuries sustained during the shooting.
