Guwahati, Nov 08: During an election rally in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma strongly criticized the Congress party, emphasizing that the issues facing the nation will persist unless the Congress party is eliminated.

Addressing the crowd, CM Sarma voiced his concerns and said “… Digvijaya Singh speaks so much against the Hindus, I feel enraged. It is his fashion to speak against Hindus every day. Kamal Nath says he is a Hanuman Devotee and if Digvijaya Singh opens his mouth, it is to abuse Hindus and when he closes his mouth, it is after abusing Hindus. There should definitely be a ‘Kapda-faad’ competition between them… The problems of this country will keep increasing until the Congress is eradicated from the country…”

Himanta Biswa Sarma’s comments come as part of his election campaigning in Madhya Pradesh, where he also held a roadshow earlier in the day.
