Kolkata, Jan 23: The IndiGo flight, designated as 6E784 and en route from Jaipur to Kolkata, encountered a technical fault on Monday, prompting its return to Jaipur, according to the airline.
While on its journey to Kolkata, the pilot detected the technical issue and adhered to standard operating procedures by landing the aircraft back in Jaipur, as confirmed by an IndiGo spokesperson.

Upon its return, the aeroplane underwent a comprehensive assessment and necessary repairs at Jaipur airport. To ensure minimal disruption for passengers, an alternative flight was arranged.
IndiGo extended its apologies to the passengers affected by the inconvenience on the Jaipur-Kolkata flight, expressing regret for any disruption caused, according to the spokesperson.
