Imphal, May 06: On May 6, security forces in Manipur initiated extensive search operations and area domination exercises across the outskirts and at-risk regions of both hill and valley districts.
These measures were aimed at ensuring the safety and security of the local populace amidst prevailing circumstances.
A significant aspect of these operations was the facilitation of essential item transportation via the movement of 100 vehicles along NH-37 and 237 vehicles along NH-2.
This ensured the uninterrupted flow of vital supplies to various parts of the state, despite the prevailing security situation.
