Gangtok, Feb 18: Milind Soman and his wife Ankita Konwar, national ambassadors for the West Point Sarathi Run, have arrived in Gangtok, Sikkim, to participate in the event today.

The couple expressed their excitement about both joining the run and exploring the beauty of Sikkim, stating that they had eagerly awaited the opportunity since receiving the invitation.

Soman and Konwar also commended the increasing popularity of running in Sikkim and across India, emphasizing their delight in being part of the event. Besides participating in the run, they will engage with the media during their visit.

Scheduled to commence on the morning of February 18, the Sarathi run will be flagged off by Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang. Additionally, the Chief Minister will inaugurate the new multilevel car parking facility at the West Point mall.
