New Delhi, March 11: Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his congratulations to the scientists at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for the successful inaugural flight test of the domestically produced Agni-5 missile, known as Mission Divyastra.
The test flight showcased a remarkable advancement by featuring Multiple Independently Targetable Re-entry Vehicle (MIRV) technology, allowing the warhead to divide into multiple re-entry vehicles for precise and targeted strikes.
