Abhik Biswas, a 24-year-old boy from West Bengal’s Konnagar is a flight attendant of the Air India Express was sitting right at the rear gallery of the aeroplane that crash-landed at the Kozhikode airport, this Friday evening while trying to land on the tabletop runway. After the sudden unexpected jerk, once Abhik regained his senses, he evacuated as many as 35 passengers from the crashed plane.

On being taken to the hospital he called his parents to let them know that he was still alive…

Carrying about 190 people, Flight IX-1344 skidded off the tabletop runaway at the Calicut International Airport on Friday in heavy rain.

The SSR case: At a glance of recent developments

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death ( SSR case ) has been creating quite a stir since 14th June. The case is now being handled by both CBI and the Enforcement Directorate. Rhea Chakraborty has been summoned for a second enquiry at the ED on Monday.

Rhea Chakraborty and two of her family members have been summoned by the ED for enquiry, again today. Siddharth Pithani, who missed the previous summon being out of station, has been summoned again today along with the other suspects. Siddharth Pithani is a friend of Sushant Singh Rajput who has earlier mentioned to several media channels that he was present in the apartment when Sushant took his own life.

His death shook fans who started demanding for CBI enquiry into his death.

Rhea Chakraborty, the late actor’s girlfriend pleaded to Home Minister, Amit Shah on Twitter and Instagram asking for CBI probe in the case. Later on July 28, Sushant Singh Rajput’s father, Mr K.K.Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakroborty for abetment of suicide.

Ankita Lokhande, Sushant’s ex-girlfriend and colleague, in an interview said that Sushant was never depressed. She repeatedly mentioned that she wants people to remember him as a hero and not a depressed man. But on the other hand, Sushant’s therapist has confirmed that Sushant was suffering from Bipolar Disorder that caused him to go through bouts of depression and hypomania.

The case found a new direction when its investigation was officially handed over to the Central Bureau of Intelligence (CBI), on August 5. CBI filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty, her family members Inderjit Chakraborty, Showik Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty and her close associates Samuel Miranda and Shruti Modi. The FIR was filed under sections pertaining to criminal conspiracy, abetment to suicide, wrongful restraint, wrongful confinement, theft, criminal breach of trust, cheating and criminal intimidation.

Now the case is being handled by two agencies, CBI and the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

Rhea Chakraborty was summoned by the ED, with her family members for enquiry on Friday, 7th August. She was questioned for more than 9 hours at the ED. She has been accused of money laundering in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, since there has been noticed a transaction of Rs. 15 crore from Sushant’s bank account for Rhea’s various purchases.

Rhea’s manager, Shruti Modi and her brother, Showik Chakraborty were also questioned separately by the ED. Showik Chakraborty was grilled at the ED enquiry for close to 18 hours in an overnight session.

Later, to prove her innocence in the matter, Rhea posted a picture of a bottle and a handwritten note, on her social media captioning it as “only property” of the late Sushant Singh Rajput that she has in her possession. She has also recently released screenshots of her chats with the late actor regarding his sister, Priyanka Singh.

The chats showed Rajput’s phase of discord with his sister, Priyanka when Rhea had accused her of molestation. In response to this chat revelation, Shweta Singh Kirti, Sushant’s other sister said that this is absolutely a false show to distract the case as Sushant had always been very fond of Priyanka. Shweta Singh Kirti also posted an interview clipping, where Sushant was heard praising Priyanka Singh. “One of my sisters I am very close to, because she gets me”, the late actor had mentioned.

In regard to the revealed chats, a letter written by Sushant himself to Priyanka Singh went viral. It reads as follows, “For my best Soni Chiriya, From the immense width of my soul and depth and web of my knowledge and then the ‘deserving‘ keeper of the mother’s light, in the dark unfolding of my judgement, you are my marker and you are my fact and then you are my ‘ravishing sister’ and are also my pauses in ‘betweens’. Between Love and Respect, your confused Bhai.”

The case is taking a turn every day, but all of India now awaits justice to be delivered in the Sushant Singh Rajput Case as soon as possible.

Biren Singh to move confidence in Manipur Assembly

Manipur, August 10: The persisting political crisis in Manipur has taken another turn as Chief Minister N. Biren Singh has moved confidence motion in the state assembly on Monday.

Accepting the notice for the trust vote by the leader of the house and state’s Chief Minister Singh, Manipur State Secretary, M Ramani Devi rejected the Congress’s plea for moving a no-confidence motion against the BJP ruled government on August 10th.

Speaking on the issue, Congress spokesperson of Manipur Ningomgbam Bupenda Meitei told a newspaper, “Instead of accepting the no-confidence motion moved by the Congress, the Manipur legislative assembly has accepted for a motion of confidence by BJP Manipur government, which is to be moved by leader of the house on 10th August, 2020.“

“The opposition Congress is confident to defeat the motion. The Congress has already issued three lines whip to all its 24 MLAs in the House. We will defeat the trust vote moved by the Treasury Bench. We will convert the people’s true mandate of 2017 into reality.” He added.

The Congress had decided on July 28th to move a motion of no-confidence against the ruling government on August 10th.

The brawl between the ruling BJP and the opposing Congress dates back to the 3 BJP legislators deserting the party to join Congress and 4 NPP ministers, one independent and one TMC candidate willing to lend support to the Congress withdrawing support from the BJP led Biren Singh government.

However, the 4 NPP ministers withdrew their resignation from the governor in a few days after the party’s central leadership assured the NPP Chief Conrad Sangma of “looking into our concerns personally“.

The 60 member House had won 21 seats in 2017 and formed the government with 4 NPP and 4 NPF MLAs. 1 Independent, 1 Trinamool Congress and 1 Lok Janashakti Party legislator. The Congress had emerged as the single largest party on the state with 28 votes. However, within some time, 8 Congress defectors joined the coalition government taking its numbers to 40.

This took a reverse turn after the initiation of National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) in 2005 by the Centre which brought the concept of “Mainstreaming of AYUSH and Revitalization of Local Health Traditions” utilizing the untapped AYUSH workforces, therapeutics and principles for the management of community health problems.

The Ayush Intervention is aiming to reach every part of the State, covering a maximum number of people. Ayurvedic immunity boosters like Ayush Immunity Plus, ARS, Album-30, Chyawanprash etc. were distributed at the camp along with face masks and hand sanitizers.

Jayantakumar further pointed out that, building up our body’s immunity is the most important thing that has to be done to fight off the viral disease. A nutritious diet and proper exercise is what he suggests.
